Arjun Sharma

Head Chef & Founder

After training at the Institute of Hotel Management and working in acclaimed restaurants across Mumbai, Delhi, and London, Arjun returned home with one ambition: to make the art of Indian cooking accessible to everyone. In 2018 he founded Masala Twist, turning a shared love of food into a space where any curious person can learn to cook beautifully.

His philosophy is simple — the best meals begin with patience, quality spices, and an understanding of why things work, not just how.

"Indian cooking is not complicated — it is layered. Once you understand the layers, you can create magic in any kitchen."
